Application: Gua Sha for facial massage

After cleansing, apply a nourishing oil, Pure Mongongo and Pure Marula oil are very suitable. Then gently stroke the Gua Sha over the skin without applying pressure. Starting on the inside of the eyebrows, stroke lightly over the forehead to the outer hairline. Sweep downwards behind the ears on the neck. Start at the center of the chin, stroke in the direction of the ears and stroke downwards again behind the ears along the neck. Stroke the neck area under the chin upwards.Before applying the Gua Sha, the lymph channels should be opened by means of lymph drainage on the neck.Start with very light pressure behind the ears. Place your index and middle fingers. Make a slight twisting movement towards the collarbone. Remove the fingers from the skin, place them a little lower down again and continue in this way about five times. Lymphatic drainage is a grip technique, not a massage. Regular lymphatic drainage contributes to a good immune system.Please only use the Gua Sha on healthy skin.
